That is why the custom zones I am slowly and painfully designing are interconnected with a big common rvr zone in the middle. While playing the original DAoC overcrowding or ubber overpowered guilds were a problem, now with custom shards, the lack of players and the original maps layout make it difficult to having a fully satisfying gaming experience. ![]() Here a quick description of my WIP server. This is for me one more reason to try to understand that process of adding custom zones, it would not be that difficult for Dol to check randomly the added/custom content making it harder to cheat. I also noticed Metty "accusing" "somebody" of distributing his program to at least one cheater, but striping off all the fixtures on a map is a child's play and might not be the result of his editor. Some mpk tools already are a complete lack of security if you know what to edit.
